  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
